WEDNESDAY’S ANIMAL WISDOM ~ Animals from the Colour Deck of Divine Intent (the 1-13 Colour Rays)
From time to time, an Animal paper — in summary or in full — will be published here on the website (and/or on the Facebook page) with the intention to introduce them to a new audience or perhaps reacquaint them with you if you have ‘met’ them already. The aim is to always present these Animals on a Wednesday, although some Wednesdays there may be no calling/need to feature a creature! So please check in here on a Wednesday if you wish to keep track of this series.
This Wisdom series, begun in 2016, aims to introduce some of the Animals who share the natural world with all Beings. Many of these Animals have shared their wisdom over the past 16+ years with us and may be found throughout the Peace Space work. On occasion, the Wednesday Wisdom Animal will be new, previously unpublished in any of the existing Peace Space manuals. All are shared here with thanks to Peace Space contributors — past, present and future.

Trust — Honesty — Intuition — Self-Truth — Past-Now-Future
The Tree Kangaroo lives in the tropical rainforests of North Queensland. It’s thought to have evolved from terrestrial kangaroos whose ancestors were once arboreal. Unlike other Australian macropods, Tree Kangaroos took on an arboreal lifestyle because of the abundant food supply and the paucity of predators to be found in the rainforest canopy. Tree Kangaroo wisdom asks you to follow your instincts, trust your own true path and not let the misperceptions of others deter you from following your own pathway. Just because you may come from a particular group-consciousness within society does not mean you should deny yourself the truth and honesty of your own unique method in life.
Tree Kangaroos found themselves in the rainforests and trusted their instincts by adapting to another method and taking that as their unique direction in life. When Tree Kangaroo appears to you, you are also asked to look at your past methods of living and evaluate the suitability of these methods for the Now. Will these methods sustain your future? Tree Kangaroo heralds a turning point where you must take responsibility for the correctness of your way and make the changes necessary for you to serve not only yourself, but also those around you.
The Tree Kangaroo totem calls in those people who need to show leadership especially for others. Although not overly energetic in their movements, if disturbed Tree Kangaroos will leap to another tree, climb out to the far end of branches or jump to the ground, sometimes a distance of 15-30 metres. Tree Kangaroo, therefore, suggests you suffer neither interference nor determent. Tree Kangaroo affirms your ability to take a big leap when you need to change, face the risk to improve a situation for yourself, and move on.
Symbolically, trees represent knowledge from higher levels of intuition, so Tree Kangaroo is asking you to use meditation to channel higher guidance to support your cause. By tuning in and trusting your connection with Source, you will remove yourself from outside interference (others’ opinions) and predators (incorrect thoughts).
Tree Kangaroo wisdom will help give you the energy to move onwards towards the future with confidence in your own true and honest pathway. Take a New Leap Today!
